Lora established The Theatre Workshop in 2003. Today nearly 400 children, benefit from the company throughout the county. The Theatre Workshop has established a reputation as the best and most successful performing arts school in the South and has raised the bar on part time training at a national level. In 2011 Lora's contribution to creating one of the UK's top performing arts schools was recognised and she was awarded for 'OUTSTANDING PERSONAL ACHIEVEMNT' at the national 'BEST BUSINESS AWARDS.'

Lora trained from an early age at The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London, where she won the student award for most outstanding all-round performer. She made her professional debut early alongside Sue Pollard and Les Dawson in Babes in the Wood at the Birmingham Alexandra Theatre. At the tender age of 17, Lora was offered a recording contract with 21st Century Fix/Toco International. Lora then embarked on a euro pop career! UK & European appearances followed, performing live to audiences of over 20,000 people, notable for wearing her trademark Leiderhosen frock and soaking audience members with a water pistol! During the promotion of her record, Lora performed on both National televison and festivals in the UK and Europe. Lora has had two albums released internationally The Sound of Lora Munro and Forever Sound Of Music which saw an International release in 2007. Her recordings have been featured on numerous albums all over the world and have become something of a Kitsch camp classic! Other recordings include dance tracks for Rumour Records and Clone Records & a workshop recording for a new musical based on the Profumo affair alongside numerous session recordings with Producers and writers, singing everything from jazz , psychedlic pop to 80’s dance remixes.

Appearances as a dancer and actress include The spirit of the Dance (European Tour) Celebrity Musical Gala with David Jacobs(Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham) Noel Coward's 'Cavalcade' (UK Tour) Night Fever (Channel 5), Chalk (BBC), and Greasemonkeys (ITV). As a recording artist she has shared the stage and billing with Blue, Girl Aloud, Alison Moyet, Ant and Dec and Kelly Lorenna. She was also invited to perform songs from her first album at Madonnas Birthday Bash! Lora has worked as a choreographer and dance coach Internationally for Companies including Next, New Look, Marks & Spencer & Accessorize and has staged productions for theme parks (The American Adventure & Chessington World of Adventure), Lora choreographed & performed in Sinbad & the Pearl of Peace in the Middle East for the Great Entertainment Company performing for the Sheiks of Dubai and has run a workshop at Mountview Theatre Arts School in Pop and Commercial singing techniques. She successfully choreographed and Directed the Musical Theatre course at the prestigious Ardingly Classical singing Summer School in 08.

However after this somewhat precocious start through the ranks of Stage School and a spell as a euro pop singer, Lora discovered much to the music Industry's relief that her biggest performance passion is Flamenco dance. She has studied at the Centro De Baile, Jerez in Andalucia, and has been fortunate enough to train with world-class dancers including Belen Maya and Angel Munoz. Lora continues to develop her craft and studies under the personal direction of ANA DUENAS LEON, one of the UK’s leading Flamenco dancers.

However theatre is very much in her blood and Lora has appeared for the UK'S leading panto company Qdos Pantomimes for 5 consectuative years, playing Alice Fitzwarren in Dick Whittington alongside Paul Nicolas, Cannon and Ball. Leslie Grantham, The Krankees & Sam Kane at theatres throughout the UK. Christmas 2009 and 2010 she starred alongside Christopher Biggins in 'ALADDIN' at the THEATRE ROYAL PLYMOUTH and THE GRAND WOLVERHAMPTON- two of the UK'S number one theatres.
